Basic List of Documents required for customs clearance:
1. Packing list (original);
2. Invoice (original);
3. CMR/AWB/SMGS;
4. Certificates of origin/quality/analysis, phytosanitary/quarantine certificates;
5. Contract (original);
6. Transaction certificate;
7. Foreign-economic activity card;
- depending on the type and kind of the cargo, there may be additional documents, import license, ..... required. Consult your customs broker.
A list of documents required for export clearance
1) Charter of the company (original or a notarized copy);
2) State statistic registration card issued after 01.01.93 (original or a copy);
3) Certificate from a tax inspection authority that indicate the company's registration information including the company's tax payer registration number issued not later than 3 months before a CCD is submitted, or a registration card (original or a copy);
4) Certificate of an authorized bank on opening a rouble and foreign currency accounts issued not later than 2 months before raising a CCD. This certificate must include: bank ARCEO (All-Union Classifier of Enterprises and Organizations) code; the full name of the bank, postal address and telephone/fax numbers; numbers of tenge and foreign currency accounts of the company;
5) Contra account for delivery and other documents confirming the legality of the transaction in cases other than those associated with sale and purchase. These documents must be certified by the customs value and currency control department of the customs house. (original or a copy);
6) A translation of the delivery contract with a stamp of the consignor's company (original or a copy);
7) The transaction certificate (for contracts in foreign currencies) (original and a copy certified by an authorized bank, an electronic copy);
8) A license of quoted and licensed goods (a copy certified in the non-tariff and export control department of the customs house);
9) The expert examination report (test report) of organizations legally authorized to deal with the determination of technical characteristics of the goods (if such characteristics are required to be confirmed) (original or a copy);
10) The loading certificate for the cargo (original or a copy);
11) The bill of lading for the cargo (original)
12) Shipping documents (original);
13) The invoice (with a translation) indicating the value of the cargo and currency, with a stamp of the consignor's company (original or a notarized copy);
14) The packing list (with a translation) indicating the quantity of the cargo, its name, with a stamp of the consignor's company (original);
15) Payment orders confirming the transfer of the money to the account of the customs house with a mark of the customs payment department confirming that the money has been received (payment documents are valid within 1 year of the date of acceptance thereof by the payer's bank for execution) (original or a copy);
16) A BTD (bonded transportation declaration) in cases specified by regulatory acts of the State Customs Committee of the Russian Federation (original or a copy);
17) A power of attorney issued to a representative of the company for customs clearance (brokerage agreement)
18) Certificate of origin for the goods.
